The ExacTech organization is run by a veteran management team with many years of experience running large fabrication and machining operations. This veteran management team, together with our exceptionally talented workforce, enable us to satisfy the needs of our customers time after time. Below are the key members of our management team:

Steve Pfeifer, CEO
Steve founded ExacTech back in 1991 and has steadily built the company over the past 15 years. Under his leadership, ExacTech has grown from (literally) nothing into one of the premiere contract machining and fabrication shops in the United States.

Bob Roesler, VP of Operations
Bob has been with ExacTech since the company was first founded in 1991 and has over 30 years of experience overall in machining and fabrication operations. Originally hired as a welder at ExacTech, he has progressively risen through the ranks to his current position as General Manager and VP of Operations. As a result, Bob has a deep understanding of every facet of the business and is a certifiable expert in welding, machining and assembly. His expansive quality control background ensures that ExacTech achieves the highest quality standards possible for its customers.

Grant Boyle, Director of Sales and Marketing
Grant has over 30 years of wide-ranging experience throughout the machine tool and subcontract business. Prior to joining the company, he managed national sales for Ingersoll Milling Company. Since joining ExacTech in 2003, he has been instrumental in identifying and developing new customers who are a natural fit for the company’s capabilities.
