EXACTECH INC. EXPANDS MACHINING CAPABILITY WITH ADDITION OF NEW KH 1000 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

STURGEON BAY, WI (September 20, 2016) – ExacTech Inc. recently announced the addition of a new KH 1000 Horizontal Machining Center. The Northeast Wisconsin based steel fabricator is well known for their turnkey solutions and fast turnaround times, and the new machining center will only add to their capabilities.

The new KH 1000 joins an already impressive lineup of machining centers and will help ExacTech Inc. to further penetrate the mid-level fabrication market.  This machine, along with their streamlined build process, will also help to increase capacity and shorten lead times for all projects.

“We have always been well established as a large-scale heavy fabrication and machining company”, stated Vice President Matt Lambie, “The addition of this new machining center will help us better serve our customer base who need a business partner for their mid-scale projects.”

Furthermore, the new KH 1000 addition supports the Northeast Wisconsin based fabricator’s emphasis of being a “one stop shop” for all of their customer needs.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a turnkey solution in one location” stated Lambie, “This addition will benefit current and future customers by providing solutions to their needs without having to manage production in several locations.”

The KH 1000 fills an operational envelope need for the company and allows them to do the mid-sized work in a more efficient manner, which saves money for the customer.  It will also create more available work time on all machines and further improve industry leading turnaround times on mid and mega jobs.

“The addition of this new machine will help cut our lead times even more” stated the Production Manager, Jason Nessinger, “With increased performance on mid-sized production and by freeing up work time on other CNC Machines, we will be able to take on more machining jobs while reducing lead times.”

ExacTech Inc. encourages current and potential customers to visit their facility in order to see why they are “exactly the right fit” for mid to mega metal fabrication jobs.  For more information about ExacTech Inc. and its full range of services, or to set up an appointment to tour the facility, visit their website at www.exactechinc.com or call (920) 746-0082.  You can also follow them on Facebook and LinkedIn for the latest news and updates.
